Purposes of the collection, processing and use of data: As derived from the Shareholders‘ Agreement of the company, the principal objective is the planning and execution of events, relationships with customers and interested parties. Secondary objectives are the administration and supervision of personnel and suppliers.
The collection, processing and use of data are carried out for the performance of the above-mentioned objectives.
2. Description of the affected groups of persons and the pertinent data or data categories:
customer data, consultant data, employee data as well as the data of suppliers to the extent that such data is necessary for the performance of the objectives named in 4.
