Submission of papers
Your contribution will be especially welcome if you wish to present your latest research results, or if you have developed a new application. We encourage you to send in your abstract to www.eucomas.eu
by 11 November 2009.
Online submission of your contribution
Form of the abstract
The abstract should be in English and should include:
- The title of the paper
- Authors (company address, department, phone, fax, email, personal title of the author and co-authors)
- A meaningful abstract (max. 1 page in A4-format, including illustrations)
- Assignment to a specific presentation topic
The scientific committee will decide whether your paper should be
presented orally or as a poster depending on the topic and the number of
contributions received.

Notification of acceptance to the authors End of November 2009
Manuscripts (ppt-presentation as pdf-file) 23 April 2010
Congress language
The official language of the congress will be English.
Publications
The authors of the accepted papers will be asked to submit a manuscript
(ppt-presentation as pdf-file) of their presentation for the proceedings.
