Review Engine Congress

The 5th International Engine Congress in 2018 was again a great success. More than 450 experts from all over the world came to Baden-Baden in Germany to discuss the future of the combustion engine in passenger cars, commercial vehicles and the role of fuels.

The focus was on the topic "Energy Systems and Drives 2030" with the appropriate panel discussion "Let's get rid of the internal combustion engine!?". Particularly explosive was that at the same time as the congress in Leipzig, the verdict on driving bans on cars with diesel engines was announced in cities. Chief prosecutor Jürgen Resch was speaking live from the courthouse at the International Engine Congress in Baden-Baden. Industry experts responded and discussed this latest ruling. Networking highlight was again as in the past the evening of the engine community in the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden.
