The combustion engine will remain in pole position as a pacemaker towards low-emission mobility – this applies in particular to commercial vehicles, passenger cars and to off-highway machines. Powertrain experts work in an intensive way to optimize components, especially to optimize the combustion engine.
Baden-Baden – homeland for the CV community
Since 2014, experts from all over the world meet every year on the International Conference for Commercial Vehicle Engines Technology in Baden-Baden to discuss current trends and innovations for further development of combustion engines. A high ranked program advisory board with experts from AVL List, Daimler, DEUTZ, FEV, FPT Motorenforschung, MAN Truck & Bus and STEYR MOTORS support the congress organizers to offer and interesting technical program.
Again, there are still many topics to discuss. The aim is to reveal further concealed potentials to counteract legal requirements. We want to link on the previous discussion on 21 and 22 February 2017, Baden-Baden (Germany).
The conference will offer again a wide range of interesting issues. These are the conference´ topics in 2017 we would like to discuss:

Additional program: “new fuels for commercial vehicles and passenger cars”
Cause of the great success in 2016 we want to offer again a special program about new fuels for commercial vehicles and passenger cars. As an attendee, you have the opportunity to change between the different presentations of the whole International Engine Congress: passenger cars, new fuels and commercial vehicle engine technology. Simultaneous translation will be available: German – English.
Prof. Dr. Christian Beidl, TU Darmstadt, is Chairman of the International Conference for Commercial Vehicles Engine Technology.
From Mid-October, the complete program will be available.
