Andreas Annecke holds a degree in industrial engineering and has been the Manager of Automotive & Mobility at ZVEI in Berlin since October 2024. In this role, he focuses on issues at the intersection of digitalization and regulation in the mobility sector. Previously, he served as a project manager for technical compliance at a leading German automotive group and spent several years in strategic consulting, specializing in the automotive industry and industrial policy.

The whitepaper was produced in collaboration with authors from various organizations and ZVEI member companies. Andreas Annecke coordinated the process.
